Here is a list of frequently asked questions and possible resolution for some common issues that our Users face. We are updating this all the time based on feedback received from our valued Customers and Service Providers.

For Customers

Registration

  • Why do I have to register to use this site?

    You do not have to register to merely browse our site. However we require all customers wishing to avail of the services offered through this portal to register themselves before placing service requests/orders. Registering benefits you in a number of ways. It allows you to buy “cash equivalent credits” under our “Little Credits” program which can be used to pay any of the registered Service Providers offering their services through our portal and also to earn valuable loyalty points under our “Little Extras” program. Registration also allows our Service Providers to contact you to resolve potential appointment & service related issues.

  • How are User ID & Password for various services set up? What if I lose my User ID or Password?

    User ID and Password for using www.littleservices.com are chosen & entered by you when you register for the first time. You can change your password subsequently at any time by logging on at www.littleservices.com In the event your password is mislaid, you can request your password to be sent to the email address linked to that USER ID. We will email the password to your valid email address registered with us. This USER ID and Password can be used by you to access all services offered by Little Services Gateway Inc.

    Service Providers may also offer their own loyalty program distinct from the ‘Little Extras” program offered by Little Services. You would be set up for such loyalty programs by the concerned Service Providers if you choose to join and USER ID and Passwords for these programs are set up by the Service Providers and emailed to you to enable you to view your point balances.

  • What aspects of my Account can I view and manage?

    The standard Account view provides you access to “Account balances”, “Little extras” points, the orders history, interactive scheduler, etc. It also allows for searching for Service Providers by Category & view services provided by each of them. You can also change/edit your profile information and change your password.

Scheduling
  • What do I do if I need to change an appointment? Who do I contact?

    To change an appointment, you would need to contact the Service Provider you originally made the appointment with to reschedule your appointment. Contact phone numbers for all Service Providers can be found by looking them up through our Search functionality. No changes can be made to existing appointment in the scheduler through the portal.

  • What if I want to permanently cancel an appointment? How do I get a refund?

    To permanently cancel an appointment, you would need to contact the Service Provider you originally made the appointment with and arrange to cancel the appointment. The Service Provider may at their discretion charge you administrative fees for canceling the appointment. The Service Provider would arrange to refund you the balance in the event you have pre-paid for the service.

Dispute Resolution & Customer Service
  • How do I resolve a dispute?

    Disputes that deal with scheduling, appointments, services being rendered, quality of service, price, Service Provider operated loyalty program, etc should be referred to and dealt with the Service Provider. Disputes pertaining to Little Credits, Little Extras and User access, password, etc should be referred to us at customerservice@littleservices.com

  • Who do I contact for Customer Service about a service request/order?

    You should contact the concerned Service Provider concerned.

“Little Extras” Loyalty Program
  • How do I earn & redeem “Little Extras” points? Where are these points redeemable?

    The “Little Extras” program awards points for those transactions where payment is made using “Little Credit” balances. The award basis is 1 point for every dollar of spend paid for using “Little Credits” & every 1000 points can be converted to a $25 credit balance into your account to be used to avail of services with any of the Service Providers registered and offering their services through the portal.

Little Credits Program
  • What is the advantage of buying “Little Credits”? How can I use it?

    Payment for services using “Little Credits” are honored by all Service Providers registered, operating and offering their services through our portal. So you enjoy the convenience of making a single credit to your account and being able to use it to pay for many services now and in the future. You choose the amount you want to credit to your account and the balance is reflected on your account. You can use the balance in your account to pay for services you order through the portal. All orders/services paid for using “Little Credits” entitles you to earn points under our “Little Extras” program.

Service Provider Loyalty Programs
  • Is the Loyalty Program offered by Little Services the same as that offered by my Service Provider? Are the points interchangeable?

    The loyalty program offered by Little Services Gateway Inc is called “Little Extras”. This program is independent of and distinct from any Loyalty programs offered and operated by individual Service Providers under their terms and conditions using our processing platform. The points are therefore not interchangeable.

Payments
  • What Credit cards can I use to pay for services?

    Little Services Gateway Inc supports online acceptance of major Credit Cards & Paypal payments. Payment Processing services are provided to Little Services Gateway Inc by Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions.

For Service Providers

Profile Registration & Activation
  • When will my registration request be processed & when will my profile become active? How will I be notified?

    Your registration request will typically be approved within 2 business days. An email will be sent to you once your profile is activated. You can begin offering your services once you receive the email confirmation from us.

  • How do I amend my profile & services offering?

    You can easily amend your profile, services being offered, service terms, pricing and passwords by logging onto our portal.

  • How are User ID & Password for various services set up? What if I lose my User ID or Password?

Scheduling
  • What do I do if I need to change an appointment? Who do I contact?

    To change an appointment, you would need to contact the Customer who originally made the appointment with you to reschedule the appointment. Contact phone numbers for all Customers can be found in the order/invoice sent to you. However, no changes can be made to existing appointment in the scheduler through the portal.

Dispute Resolution & Customer Service
  • What kind of disputes do I resolve with Customer?

    Disputes that deal with scheduling, appointments, services being rendered, quality of service, price, your unique loyalty programs, etc should be dealt with by you. Disputes pertaining to Little Credits, Little Extras and User access, password, etc should be referred to us at customerservice@littleservices.com

  • Who do I contact for Customer Service about a service request/order not appearing on your system?

    You should contact us at 416 792 2104.

Little Credits Program
  • What is the advantage of the “Little Credits” program to a Service Provider?

    The Little Credits program benefits our Providers in a number of ways. It provides us a pool of pre-funded accounts that are then used by Customers for ordering services with Service Providers. Since these funds are already in the account, there is very little possibility of chargeback. Also if you are a Service Provider currently not accepting Credit cards, this represents a convenience for your customers who wish to pay you electronically. Additionally, customers using this program to pay earn loyalty points that can be redeemed with all Service Providers operating through the portal. In short, More Business & More Profits.

“Little Extras” Loyalty Program
  • What is the advantage of the “Little Extras” program to a Service Provider?

    The Little Extras program benefits our Providers in a number of ways. Points earned under this program can only be redeemed for cash with the Service Providers registered and offering their services through our portal. This means potential for more business for you. It also helps you retain existing customers.

The points are therefore not interchangeable.
